What We’re Looking For As a successful candidate, you’ll work with leading‑edge technologies and take on complex, collaborative, and agile machine‑learning projects as part of a fast‑paced, data‑analytics team. We seek an experienced Data Scientist to build and deploy AI/ML projects using our vast data assets. What You’ll Do Collaborate with business units, product teams, and engineering stakeholders to identify high‑impact opportunities through advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI‑powered solutions. Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end AI and machine‑learning systems, including predictive models, deep‑learning architectures, and generative AI applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and business impact. Lead the development of innovative approaches using statistical modeling, machine learning, and modern AI techniques such as large language models (LLMs), retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and agent‑based systems. Translate emerging AI trends into actionable strategies, shaping the organization’s AI roadmap and experimenting with new models, tools, and platforms. Drive integration of AI capabilities into products and user experiences, partnering closely with software engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver intelligent, data‑driven features. Own and deliver complex, cross‑functional projects, setting technical direction and ensuring high‑quality execution while mentoring junior data scientists. Establish best practices for model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring, including MLOps and LLMOps frameworks. Ensure responsible and ethical AI development by incorporating fairness, explainability, privacy, and governance considerations into all solutions. Communicate complex analytical concepts, methodologies, and results clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including senior leadership. Experience You'll Bring Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, including scalable data pipelines and distributed computing. Experience with MLOps practices, including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Familiarity with LLMOps, including prompt lifecycle management, evaluation frameworks, and cost/performance optimization. Understanding of responsible AI principles, including bias mitigation, explainability, data privacy, and model governance. Proficiency in Python and common data science/AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn), and experience working with large datasets. Graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. Nice to Have Experience with retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), knowledge graphs, or agent‑based AI systems. Background in deploying AI features into customer‑facing products. Experience with real‑time analytics and streaming data platforms. Contributions to open‑source AI/ML projects or published research. Targeted compensation range: $114,000 – $142,000 annually. Final compensation is determined by education, experience, and internal equity principles.
