What You Will Be Doing Plan, execute, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, programmatic, and native channels Analyze campaign performance and optimize toward key growth metrics such as CAC, CPI, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies and creative partners Develop and execute testing strategies, including A/B testing across ads, creatives, landing pages, and app store listings Own and improve App Store Optimization (ASO) performance across Apple App Store and Google Play Identify and scale new user acquisition opportunities and marketing channels Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities Collaborate with product, lifecycle, and brand teams to improve conversion across the user acquisition funnel What You Bring To The Table 5+ years experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally in mobile apps or subscription products Hands‑on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic networks Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive campaign optimization and decision‑making Experience tracking and reporting on metrics such as CAC, CPI, ROAS, conversion rates, and LTV Experience identifying target audiences and building campaigns that engage and convert users Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests for marketing performance Familiarity with App Store Optimization (ASO), Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) best practices Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills Comfort with technology, and interest and aptitude for learning new tools Eligibility to work in Canada Nice To Have Experience with the analytics platform Amplitude Experience with the attribution platform Adjust Experience with App Store optimization tool App Radar Compensation And Benefits Base annual salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + employee bonus program Comprehensive health and dental benefits Company RRSP Employee Stock Option Plan 3 weeks paid time‑off Company mobile phone + phone plan Annual Fitness device rebate #J-18808-Ljbffr
