Job Description The Associate Product Marketing Manager works collaboratively to develop and maintain marketing tools, sales training programs, marketing communication materials, and assigned portfolios to promote the launch and ongoing sales efforts in Canada. This position is responsible for day‑to‑day working closely with assigned managers, product marketing in the assigned portfolios and, as required, will work with the global commercial team to monitor market trends, build collateral, messaging, branding, pricing strategies and recommend product improvements and roadmap enhancements that accelerate category growth and product adoption. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage assigned product portfolios within Canada Develop product knowledge and function as a resource for customers, sales, and contracts personnel. Requires the ability to understand, collaborate with and influence key corporate stakeholders, including R&D and operations/production. Support marketing, sales and clinical support teams through the creation and maintenance of various marketing collateral including field training presentations, online and printed marketing content and demos. Develop hands‑on, in‑depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain technical analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses, features, underlying technology, etc. to establish technical differentiation and feature/benefit statements. Monitor competitor activity and current industry/clinical activity through published papers, studies and media. Identify opportunities to enhance existing product offerings and communicate with the upstream product development team. Provide product knowledge and training to internal stakeholders. Help establish trade show presence, messaging, and salesforce training. Work on special assignments as they arise. Knowledge & Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt and articulate the ICU Medical portfolio value proposition to a variety of decision makers. Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Background in medical device marketing with experience in marketing collateral design is highly desired. Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience Must be at least 18 years of age. Bachelor’s degree is required. Minimum 2+ years of marketing experience required. Prior product management experience preferred but not required. Work Environment This role is largely sedentary. This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. Typically requires travel 5–20% of the time. Typically requires travel 20–50% of the time.
