ML6 has partnered with a leading packaging company looking for an experienced Account Executive to join their team in London ON. In this role, you’ll manage key customer relationships while driving new business growth, acting as a strategic partner who brings both commercial insight and technical packaging expertise. What You’ll Be Doing: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with a focus on consumer-packaged goods Expand market presence through strategic prospecting and relationship building Develop and execute customer‑specific account plans to drive long‑term growth Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, engineers, and supply‑chain stakeholders Lead regular business reviews to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and plan next steps Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline within CRM system Provide reliable forecasting for ongoing business and new product launches Advise customers on substrates, structures, printing processes, and finishing options Translate technical concepts into clear, customer‑focused solutions What You’ll Need To Be Successful: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or Graphic Communications/Print Technology 5+ years of sales experience in printed packaging or a related industry Proven success managing accounts and developing new business Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Ability to work independently while collaborating cross‑functionally Confidence in presenting technical solutions in a customer‑friendly way Compensation Range: $75,000-100,000 base salary + commission #J-18808-Ljbffr
