The Executive Director is seeking a senior finance leader to take full ownership of the finance function, strengthen infrastructure, and help build the financial foundation for long-term expansion.This is an opportunity to shape and modernize a mission-driven organization at a pivotal stage.Reports to: Executive DirectorThe Opportunity This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution.The Director of Finance will:Own the finance function end-to-endServe as the primary financial partner to the Executive DirectorLead modernization of systems, processes, and reportingProvideforward-looking financial insight to support growthOversee payroll and regulatory complianceSupervise 1–2 finance‑adjacent staffInitially, this position requires full in‑office presence to stabilize and strengthen systems.
