The Opportunity We are looking for a Website Delivery Manager to join one of our delivery squads and support the ongoing evolution and operation of a large-scale digital platform. In this role, you will act as the central coordination point between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring high-quality, timely, and well-governed website deliveries in an agile environment. What You'll Do Own and manage the end-to-end intake process for website-related requests, including bugs, enhancements, and new content. Triage incoming requests, proactively gather requirements, and ensure all items are clearly defined before entering the backlog. Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing clear communication on priorities, timelines, and delivery status. Perform hands-on quality assurance, validating functionality, copy accuracy, and alignment with design specifications. Conduct regression testing to ensure new releases do not introduce issues on existing content. Continuously monitor the live website to identify technical issues, UX/UI inconsistencies, and compliance deviations. Translate findings into clear, actionable backlog items and business requirements for the delivery team. Lead daily stand-ups and contribute to the overall agile rhythm of the squad. Support developers by removing blockers, clarifying requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Maintain clear, structured documentation and requirements in Confluence. What You Bring to the Table Prior experience in a web or digital delivery environment as a Delivery Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Junior Scrum Master, or similar role. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset focused on preventing issues before they escalate. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical progress into clear stakeholder-friendly updates. A strong eye for design and detail, enabling you to identify layout, copy, or specification discrepancies. Solid analytical skills to translate complex business needs into structured, actionable requirements. Core Skills Required Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills. Hands-on experience with website QA and validation. Ability to write clear business requirements and documentation.
