What You’ll Do Manage global compensation programs, including base pay/salary structures, pay equity, annual compensation cycles, and bonus programs for team members located in Canada, US and China. Lead participation and completion of salary and market surveys by assessing job matches, analyzing results, and providing recommendations to ensure competitiveness and internal equity. Oversee job evaluation frameworks and job architecture governance to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational design and internal equity. Implement global compensation strategies, frameworks and programs to align with business strategy and ensure the right mix and offerings are available to attract, motivate and retain a best in class global workforce. Monitor and adjust compensation programs to maintain continuous alignment with company goals, compensation philosophy, and growth targets. Stay ahead of regulatory requirements by monitoring changes, performing detailed analyses, and ensuring all compensation programs remain compliant. Monitor and analyze global compensation trends in the market and report insights and recommendations to HR Leadership regarding compensation solutions, opportunities, risks, competitive landscape, plan design, systems and processes. Complete analyses including assessing market competitiveness, modeling costs, plan effectiveness, etc. and provide recommendations and subject matter expertise. Guide the development and management of globally consistent compensation analytics, tools and systems. Act as a back‑up for benefit program administration and support benefit program design, communications and projects when required, including group benefits, retirement savings programs, Executive benefits, Employee and Family assistance Programs, Employee Share Purchase Program and other benefit programs. What You Bring You bring curiosity, collaboration, and a desire to do meaningful work. You may bring experience in the following areas: University degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline or equivalent education and experience. CHRL, or CCP designation or equivalent experience. 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation. Strong analytical skills coupled with an ability to effectively communicate complexity throughout the organization. A strong communicator, compelling storyteller and influencer with the ability to gain support and sponsorship from a variety of stakeholders. Highly proficient in with suite of MS apps (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook). Immensely curious individual who takes pride in making a difference. Strong collaborator who seeks opportunities to build strong cross‑functional support. Technically strong leader who is tech savvy and focused on improvement. Compensation Jamieson Wellness offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support your well‑being and professional growth. This includes base pay, eligibility for our Short‑Term Incentive Program, and a comprehensive benefits offering. For this role, the posting range is $80,550 – $120,850, which reflects the full salary range of the position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, level of education, role scope, and other professional qualifications aligned with the requirements and complexity of this position.
