What we are looking for We are seeking an Analyst, Investor Relations to support our Investor Relations team. The role is responsible for preparing high‑quality investor‑facing materials, reporting, and due diligence content across our private market strategies. Responsibilities Quarterly Reporting Prepare and maintain investor‑facing materials, including quarterly fact sheets, reports, and presentations. Maintain performance databases and analytics to ensure data accuracy. Update website content related to investment strategies, performance, and disclosures. Coordinate updates across strategies to ensure consistency and alignment. Annual Reporting Assist in the preparation, review, and ongoing maintenance of Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs). Investor & Business Development Support Support investor inquiries, onboarding activities, and sales team requests. Contribute to RFP, DDQ, and RFI responses, including drafting and reviewing content and managing workflows with platforms such as Loopio. Prepare conference and roadshow materials and custom presentations for prospective and existing investors. Review and proofread white papers, thought leadership, and marketing content for accuracy and compliance. Support the planning and execution of investor meetings and events. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with investment, finance, legal, compliance, and marketing teams to gather inputs and validate information. Collaborate with and support the Investor Relations team to meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality outputs. Minimum Requirements Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. CFA designation or progress toward the CFA (preferred). 2–5 years of relevant experience in asset management, private markets, investment consulting, or institutional investment roles. Experience supporting investor reporting, marketing materials, or due diligence processes is strongly preferred. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience with DDQ/RFP platforms such as Loopio is an asset. Familiarity with performance data and reporting workflows is preferred. Bilingualism in English and French (required). Resourceful, collaborative, highly client‑service oriented, proactive, self‑motivated, and comfortable taking initiative. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
