Connectivity Product Manager – Overview Connectivity is a concept that touches on both digital, notably with the creation of mobile applications, as well as the interweaving of digital experience with BRP's recreational vehicles and the intelligent use of recorded data. We need to bring new value‑added concepts to our customers, dealers and internal teams. Your role will be to enrich the customer experience through innovation around connectivity. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate digital connected product lifecycle from concept to launch. Develop and manage roadmap and development plan in collaboration with stakeholders. Maintain backlog, iterate planning, user story creation, and product release planning. Define delivery criteria for new features and lead product release planning. Identify opportunities for innovation by understanding customer behaviours and unmet needs. Mobilize internal and external resources to implement the roadmap. Collaborate across IS&T, R&D, product development, design, legal, marketing, after‑sales service, finance and partner business units. Transform consumer and dealer research into actionable product decisions. Track and define product success metrics, monitor performance and drive improvement. Prepare business cases and define customer and business KPIs. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to keep product plans aligned with business objectives. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3 years of digital product management experience. Bachelor’s degree in business administration (digital, marketing, communications or related field). Track record of successfully delivering large, complex digital projects. Strong business acumen and experience with iterative software development and agile principles. Experience in automotive connectivity is a major asset. Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder influence skills. Results‑oriented, self‑starter and intrapreneurial mindset. Strong organizational skills, initiative and sense of responsibility. Ability to synthesize information and transform into actionable ideas. Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential. Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and build stakeholder trust.
