Role ensures an integrated approach with other business governance and control areas, the broader organization, and enterprise risk and control functions.**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES****CUSTOMER*** Develop, communicate and implement a holistic risk, governance and control strategy for own specific business function in support of and integrated with the overall business strategy.* May be responsible for wholistic RCSA oversight to include process inventory, RCSA facilitation, workshop management and escalations/issues.* Lead or support various risk or regulatory programs, assessments or drive change management and provide guidance to the team in the development and/or integrated implementation of policies / procedures / changes across multiple business / functional areas.* Drive a strong risk framework to include supporting Issues resolution, Risk Identification and Control creation/remediation across multiple programs supporting several large business functions.* Lead partnership with key management and respective teams for area of specialization with industry, enterprise, and business awareness;
