Marketing Associate - Content Designated office: Eastlink This position is: On‑site - working 5 days a week in the Office Key responsibilities: Content Ideation & Execution Lead content planning end‑to‑end—from ideation and research through execution— across all owned channels (email, social, web, video, and more). Write and edit clear, compelling, on‑brand copy that aligns with our tone, style guide, and channel best practices. Develop storyboards, scripts, and creative concepts that support brand storytelling and campaign needs. Conduct research and leverage insights (audience behavior, SEO, market trends) to inform content decisions and identify high‑value opportunities. Use analytics to guide content performance, optimization, and experimentation, delivering pre‑ and post‑campaign reporting with actionable recommendations. Build and manage monthly content plans aligned to business priorities, brand initiatives, and channel opportunities. Provide strong creative briefs, direction, and feedback to design partners, collaborating closely to bring content to life. Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders— including Regional Sales, Community TV, People & Culture, Marketing Managers and others— to ensure stories are accurate and impactful. Attend project meetings, gather business requirements, and translate them into clear content deliverables. Stay current on industry best practices, emerging formats, and evolving content trends, bringing forward new ideas and opportunities. Troubleshoot content‑related technical issues in collaboration with the IT team Organization & Accountability Manage timelines, workflows, and editorial calendars to ensure smooth delivery and adherence to deadlines. Maintain editorial standards, uphold brand tone, and ensure consistency across all content outputs. Collaborate effectively in a fast‑moving environment, fostering strong relationships and shared ownership across teams. Oversee the social media budget, ensuring accurate monthly forecasting and tracking. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications, journalism, or related field.
