Overview Employer: Ontario Inc. o/a O’Connor’s Meat Market Business address: 1100 O’Connor Drive, Suite 1104, Toronto, Ontario, M4B 3L4 Responsibilities Assigning duties to store staff; Help prepare work schedules; Training and supervising store staff; Monitoring inventory and submitting inventory request reports to store management when supplies fall below pre-determined levels; Instructing staff on the handling of difficult and complicated sales; Responding to customer enquiries and complaints; Ensuring that merchandise is correctly priced and displayed; and Assisting employees with the everyday duties necessary to ensuring the smooth running of the store, such as serving customers, restocking shelves, maintaining the cleanliness of the store and cash duties.
