A Senior Manager – Aftermarket Logistics Management position, full‑time, Monday through Friday with flexible hours, exclusively on‑site, located in Longueuil, Quebec, Canada. Responsibilities Oversee the transportation, import/export, storage and distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers. Manage and coordinate with suppliers, carriers, brokers and third‑party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards related to transportation, customs, warehousing and inventory management. Lead, coach and motivate a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and company goals. Plan, organise, direct, control and evaluate the logistics activities. Analyze logistics data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance performance, optimise efficiency and minimise costs throughout the supply chain. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, operations and finance, to coordinate logistics activities and support overall business objectives. Perform special projects to drive and lead continuous improvement of the logistics department. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 10 or more years of experience, or Master’s degree with 8 or more years of experience. Good experience covering the entire logistics process (transportation, customs, warehousing, etc.). Ability to manage a team and meet specific deliverables. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment and manage escalations. Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.). Strong analytical skills; knowledge of SAP and Power BI.
