This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has prior custodial or maintenance experience, and can work both independently and as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness across all guest and employee areas (e.g., saunas, cold plunge, steam room, locker rooms, restrooms, tea lounge, stairways, entrance, exterior space)Regular sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, squeegeeing, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, and restocking suppliesPerform laundry duties including washing, drying, and rolling towels and robes and linensSupport with facility upkeep such as garbage removal, pool circulation, and minor equipment careFollow daily cleaning checklists and ensure all areas meet SANA's cleanliness standardsAssist with deliveries and storage, and report any maintenance issues promptlyQualifications1+ year of janitorial or facility maintenance experience preferredHigh attention to detail and ability to work efficiently without supervisionPhysically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in temperature-variable environments (e.g., sauna areas)Strong time-management and communication skillsDiscounts on services and productsWellness-focused team culture and opportunity for growthWe are an equal opportunity employer.
