Your New Role As the Manager, Application Development, you will lead high-performing development teams responsible for enterprise platforms, integrations, and digital solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance people management with technical oversight and delivery accountability. You will act as a key escalation point for solution design and architecture decisions, while partnering closely with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable, secure solutions. This role will oversee critical platforms including Salesforce, Workday Financials, and enterprise integration services, while championing modern engineering practices such as cloud-native development, event-driven architectures, DevSecOps, and CI/CD. You will also play a key role in building and mentoring technical teams, contributing to the technology roadmap, and ensuring production stability and operational excellence across all supported applications.
