Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Superintendent located in British Columbia, Canada. The Site Superintendent will oversee construction site operations, manage schedules, supervise subcontractors, and ensure safety compliance. Additional responsibilities include quality control, addressing project challenges, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Effective communication with stakeholders and maintaining a positive team environment are key aspects of this role. This role is for a Site Superintendent working on a rotational shift, outside of the Prince George area. Travel to and from the Site Superintendents home will be provided. Qualifications Experience in on-site construction management, supervising teams, and coordinating subcontractors. Strong understanding of safety protocols, quality control processes, and problem-solving on construction sites. Proficiency in scheduling, project planning, and budget management. Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and external partners. Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and best practices in construction. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Leadership experience and attention to detail to ensure construction objectives are met effectively. Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet any required site access qualifications.
