The Marketing Coordinator, AD Canada is responsible for providing administrative support and execution of AD Canada marketing activities, including but not limited to communication, conferences, AD gear, special projects, survey data collection and reports, and fulfilment of new member and warehouse sale kits. Primary Responsibilities Assist in the development of email communications including promotions, new member and supplier announcements, surveys and general announcements. Ensure timely and accurate distribution of email communications with members and suppliers across all divisions in the Canadian Business Unit. Manage the Constant Contact database for all AD Canada divisions, including members, suppliers and AD staff. Provide support for onsite member and supplier meetings, including all pre‑work and event/meeting execution. Assist with meeting registration and follow‑up for Canadian member and supplier meetings. Manage AD gear and swag inventory for AD Canada Business Unit and divisions. Coordinate, manage ordering process and shipping of new member kits for AD Canada business and divisions. Assist AD Canada divisions with creation of survey data dashboards and summary reports. Manage inventory, assembly and shipping of AD warehouse sales kits. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Experience with email marketing tools such as Constant Contact. Experience with Canva. Experience or familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management tools is a plus. Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach. Requirements 0–3 years’ experience in marketing or a related field. University degree or equivalent work experience. Demonstrated experience with WordPress and Adobe. Strong experience with Microsoft Office 2010 (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint). Familiarity with project‑management software (not required). Technical competence with various software programs such as Zoom, Webex and Salesforce CRM. Bilingual (French & English) is an asset. Additional Comments Travel: Annually up to 20 days. Standard Business Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., although work outside these hours may be required.
