We’re looking for experienced Solution Architects to design and guide the delivery of complex, integrated solutions on Microsoft Azure. These roles are hands‑on and delivery‑focused, requiring strong technical depth alongside the ability to align business goals with scalable, secure architectures. Responsibilities Design end‑to‑end solution architectures across application, data, and integration domains in Azure Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable technical solutions Define target architectures, transition states and technical roadmaps Lead architecture decisions across multi‑system highly integrated environments Ensure alignment across application, data, security and infrastructure architectures Drive API‑first design and integration strategies, ensuring interoperability between systems Guide delivery teams, providing hands‑on architectural oversight while enabling developers and engineers Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical domains to ensure alignment and clarity Embed security, privacy and compliance considerations into all solution designs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. Proven experience leading large‑scale solution architecture initiatives within complex enterprise environments. Strong experience designing end‑to‑end solutions in Microsoft Azure. Deep understanding of API‑first design, integration patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, event‑driven) and interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7). Hands‑on experience with key Azure services such as API Management, App Services, Azure Functions, Event Hub/messaging services. Experience defining solution architecture, roadmaps and transition states. Strong understanding of security, privacy and compliance especially in regulated environments. Ability to work closely with delivery teams while maintaining architectural oversight. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
