Key Responsibilities Partnership Growth: Build and manage relationships with sponsors, securing new and repeat partnerships for IndustryNow events. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue high-value leads through research and cold calling to expand our client base. Account Management: Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention. Event Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to align sponsor needs with event content, ensuring successful partnerships. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets. Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for sponsors during events, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their success. Qualifications Sales Experience: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Cold Calling Experience: Expertise in making outbound calls, generating leads, and securing business. Account Management Experience: Strong track record in maintaining and growing client relationships. Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders. Industry Knowledge: Ability to stay updated on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to provide valuable insights to clients. Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle setbacks and turn them into learning opportunities.
