Responsibilities Establish and maintain customer aircraft configurations (design features). Preparation and delivery of presentation documentation technical and optional features. Preparation and interface for customer requested optional features (Work Statements). Technical support to Sales, Marketing and Aircraft Programs, and Contracts during all stages of customer negotiations. Support Price and Offerability Activities for both In-Production and In-Service aircraft. Support to Aircraft reconfiguration and refurbishment studies In-depth interfacing with all disciplines of Engineering. Updating and maintenance of Customer Engineering databases. Engineering Delivery Focal for your assigned Customers Aircraft. Actively participate and contribute to the Customer Engineering department’s Quality and Productivity improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a combination of equivalent education and experience. Minimum education level of a Diploma in Engineering Technology. Experience in a similar role. Skills Comprehensive understanding of Engineering terminology, processes and documentation; an understanding of aircraft systems, design, performance and configuration. At least 3-5 years of previous experience in an Aerospace Customer Engineering environment and Project Management. The candidate must be self‑motivated, autonomous and enthusiastic, possess excellent written and verbal communications and human relations skills and be willing to undertake international travel. Previous experience in presenting technical information and in directly interfacing with existing and potential customers. Bilingual in French/English and working knowledge of other languages is an asset. Proficiency in MS Office Applications, Corel Draw, Lotus Notes, and Program Manager. Familiarity with Aerospace Industry standard specific processes (Safety, Quality, and Productivity) will be an asset.
