Job Description The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner is responsible for performing key functions within the Human Resources portfolio by providing advanced knowledge as a strategic partner and acting as the main point of contact for HR services for operational leaders within the assigned service area. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support these leaders in achieving their business goals by providing key HR services including employment, employee wellness and accommodation, performance, and labor relations, and ensuring HR is a key partner in strategy formulation and implementation. Human Resources Exemption No Education Undergraduate degree or diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Licensed and in good standing with a professional association and/or regulatory body, if applicable. Experience 3 – 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Health Care Management. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including recruitment and labor law. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of legislation and applicable law.
