Job Details Work Schedule: 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) Working Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Location: Outram Park Salary: $15 per hour Contract Period: 4 months (maternity cover) Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Team Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, Banquet Event Orders (where applicable), and sales documentation Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, and coordinate with internal departments Maintain accurate sales records, databases, and filing systems Support scheduling of appointments, meetings, and client correspondence Assist in generating reports, tracking leads, and updating sales pipelines Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of client requirements Perform ad hoc administrative duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr
