Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion or graphic design Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Experience in ladies’ fashion, with a strong understanding of fabrics and garment construction College diploma in Graphic Design and/or a background in Fine Arts Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Proven ability to prioritize tasks and follow through with meticulous attention to detail Bilingual in French and English (strong English required for communication with suppliers outside Quebec) Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment The ability to create Illustrator flat sketches is considered an asset Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement Duties / Responsibilities Contribute to the development of our private label print collection under the mentorship of the Design Director. Create original textile prints, recolor existing artwork, and develop print repeats Prepare, review, and comment on print strike-offs.
