What You Will Do Enable and govern our program management team to ensure consistent delivery to our customer commitments Drive program execution results with empowered program leadership teams and standards with optimized processes throughout the program lifecycle Provide guidance, resources, and training to elevate program management capabilities for current and future program management teams Enable collaboration to drive innovation and best practices to meet business and customer commitments. Lead and empower the Program Management Team (PMT) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) to deliver on business, program, and customer commitments Ensure seamless coordination across all functional areas, including Program Management, Finance, Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain Proactively identify, assess, and manage program risks and opportunities, maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date risk register Foster a high-performance culture by recognizing achievements, promoting accountability, and driving team engagement Partner with senior leadership to shape and advance the strategic roadmap for the ELCAN business Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and program execution Develop and implement best-in-class program management standards across the business Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally, as required Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 15 years of relevant aerospace experience, or an advanced degree MBA or other with at least 10 years of relevant experience Proven success leading cross-functional Program Management Teams Experience managing large scale programs ($150M+ in program annual volumes) in either a large single program or a portfolio of multiple programs Strong business acumen with demonstrated P&L ownership and financial management experience Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across functions, leadership levels, and customer organizations, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence Qualifications We Prefer PMP certification with customer-facing program management experience Experience with all aspects of program types (i.e. design, development, production, and sustainment) Experience with multiple product lines and/or production areas an asset Experience managing Earned Value (EV) programs, complex schedules, multiple dependencies, including but not limited to capital investments, transitions to production, work transfer projects, scope management and contract negotiations Commitment to company culture embracing and modeling values and leadership behaviours Security Clearance Requirements This position involves technologies regulated by the Canadian government’s Controlled Goods Program and the Contract Security Program. In order to obtain the required security clearance, candidates must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada, have resided in Canada for a minimum of five consecutive years, and meet all other program requirements. Job offers will be conditional upon candidates undergoing a successful security screening per the Controlled Goods Regulations and the Contract Security Program. Salary and Benefits The salary range for this role is 156,000 CAD - 206,000 CAD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
