Partner across teams: lead agile cadences with designers and engineers, collaborate with Marketing, Professional Services, Sales, and Success leaders, and define and develop the product’s value proposition. Conduct market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for payments products, design hypotheses, and run experiments to learn. Operate in a complex cross‑functional environment, leading and influencing others to enable timely tactical decision making. Drive progress: lead the development process from ideation to launch, gather requirements, write technical specifications, conduct user testing, and create launch strategy. Prioritize the backlog, develop epics and user stories, produce documentation and training, and facilitate the product launch and adoption.
