About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations. In this hands-on, onsite role, you will manage equipment and asset logistics, support employee onboarding and offboarding, monitor and route shared mailbox requests, and provide end-to-end support for team events. The ideal candidate is a proactive multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strong customer-service mindset to every interaction. Key Responsibilities Coordinate procurement and ordering of basic peripherals and office equipment. Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment allocation and recovery. Manage and maintain asset inventory records and tracking systems. Monitor shared mailboxes and respond to or route requests appropriately. Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing team events and meetings. Provide onsite event support before, during, and after events. Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned. Coordinate movement, setup, and organization of equipment and peripherals. Maintain accurate documentation and process records. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of operational tasks. Required Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, business support, administrative support, operations, or a related role (not more than 2 years preferred). Experience with procurement, inventory management, asset tracking, or office operations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Strong attention to detail and customer-service mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting corporate onboarding/offboarding programs. Experience coordinating events or large team meetings. Experience managing catering for events. Familiarity with asset management tools and ticketing systems. Experience supporting cross-functional teams and special projects. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move equipment and peripherals weighing up to 40 lbs. Ability to perform onsite operational and event support activities as needed. Event Support Hands-on onsite support before, during, and after events, including setup, troubleshooting, and teardown Salary Range: The salary for this position is between CAD $54000- $56000 annually.
