ROLE OBJECTIVE The Account Manager, Client Success is a client-facing role responsible for managing day-to-day relationships while supporting the development and execution of 360° digital media strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing, including paid social, search, programmatic, and emerging channels, as well as experience or exposure to retail media ecosystems. The objective is to drive measurable business results by ensuring alignment between media strategy, execution, and performance across the digital ecosystem, while contributing to strategic recommendations and ongoing optimization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for clients, owning the relationship and overall media strategy Translate client business objectives into clear, actionable 360° media strategies with defined KPIs Support key client meetings, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews Act as a strategic advisor by proactively identifying growth, testing, and optimization opportunities Ensure transparency, accountability, and consistency across all client deliverables Paid Social Search (SEM) Programmatic / Display / DOOH Upper, mid, and lower funnel tactics Ensure channel strategies work cohesively to support brand and performance goals Define learning frameworks, testing roadmaps, and success criteria for each client Stay up to date with media trends, platform innovations, and emerging best practices Campaign Oversight & Performance Management Oversee planning, activation, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns Review and approve media plans, campaign setups, creative briefs, and reports Collaborate with channel specialists and execution teams to ensure flawless delivery Analyze performance and translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations Ensure consistent application of Cosmo5 best practices across all accounts Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal Media, Commerce, Creation, Data, and Technology teams Collaborate with partner agencies and platform partners on planning and execution Contribute to internal documentation, best practice frameworks, and onboarding materials REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 3–5 years of experience in digital media (agency experience preferred) Strong understanding of 360° digital marketing and full-funnel strategies Hands‑on experience managing and/or optimizing campaigns directly in platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Amazon Ads) Experience across multiple paid media channels (operational and strategic) Experience supporting ecommerce and DTC businesses, including exposure to retail media and digital commerce ecosystems, is a strong asset Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 or similar analytics platforms Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, charts, data analysis) KEY QUALITIES & VALUES Client-focused with a strategic mindset Comfortable in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills Highly organized, proactive, and solution‑oriented Collaborative mindset with a leadership approach Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion OUR COMMITMENT TO EQUITY, DIVERSITY & INCLUSION As an equal opportunity employer, Cosmo5 celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees. #J-18808-Ljbffr
