In this role, you will drive end-to-end system implementations across North America and play a key role in complex IT transformation programs. You combine technical expertise with stakeholder management and ensure that logistics operations run smarter, faster, and more efficiently. What will you do? As a Platform Consultant, you are responsible for delivering and implementing IT solutions across warehouse and order management systems. You collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery. Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and define project scope Configure and implement WMS/OMS solutions (including Manhattan Active MAO/MAWM) Design and document system integrations and data flows between platforms Coordinate testing phases (SIT/UAT) and ensure high-quality system delivery Support reporting and dashboard development using tools like PowerBI or Cognos What do you bring? You are analytical, communicative, and comfortable working in complex, international environments. You know how to translate business needs into technical solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, IT, or a related field 6–8 years of experience as a Platform Consultant or Business Analyst Proven experience with Manhattan Active (MAO/MAWM) and WMS/OMS systems Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and IT project lifecycles Experience with system integration, testing, and documentation Where will you work?
