Role Overview Business Development Representatives (BDRs) will partner with sales teams to drive outbound sales in new and existing accounts. The primary responsibility is to generate sales pipeline through multi‑channel prospecting including emails, cold calling, video, and social outreach. Expectations The role is based in the Austin or Toronto office, with an expectation of approximately 3 days per week in‑office. Qualifications You have 1 or more years of relevant professional experience with prospecting, cold calling, emailing, networking, and researching. You possess a strong sense of curiosity, enabling you to identify business initiatives and challenges faced by prospective customers. You have excellent written and spoken communication skills. You are highly motivated and goal‑oriented, with a proven ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. You excel at adapting to changing conditions, quickly adjusting to ambiguity, and leveraging resources to overcome obstacles. You effectively utilize available resources, including technology, team members, and external networks. You have strong proficiency using Salesforce and Outreach. You have strong organization and time‑management skills to juggle multiple tasks. What You Can Expect Collaborate closely with Account Executives/Managers, strategically prospecting into new accounts. Deepen your understanding of the product and use cases through onboarding and a Learning Management System. Leverage an industry‑leading software stack: Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Be encouraged to experiment and try new tactics and strategies. Compensation and Benefits USA: Base salary $61,000–$85,000 USD, commission‑eligible. Immediate participation in benefits (health, dental, 401(k), paid time off), equity grant, incentive programs.
