The recruitment specialist is responsible for: delivering high quality service to clients and contract employees by matching skills of contract employees to client needs; serves as the primary business contact for strategic clients and is responsible for client satisfaction; builds relationships with existing clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities; expands market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing new business relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Establish relationships with assigned companies Identify key trends and needs in the oil & gas and energy industry Grow the Canadian database Maintain regular contact with key past, existing and future development partners to strengthen relationships and to identify new business opportunities Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue Communicate the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the delivery team Source and recruit candidates for open job orders Expand candidate pool through cold and warm calling Document and report on recruiting activity and productivity Build professional relationships with clients, contract employees and staff QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS): Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience: minimum three years prior recruiting experience preferred Previous recruiting experience in oil and gas industry preferred PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES The ability to demonstrate the following competencies to the described level to include but not limited to: Ability to communicate effectively with clients Motivated, goal-oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator Ability to multi-task in a confident manner Ability to understand and accurately apply basic math skills Ability to make competent use of work related equipment and materials (e.g. computer hardware, software, online job boards, internal candidate database) Must be capable of producing results within a structured environment and have the flexibility to identify and respond to changes in priorities Computer skills in basic programs are essential (Outlook, Word, Excel) Familiarity with own work priorities and those of colleagues Understanding of policies and procedures relative to the role Understanding of quality outputs and standards required #J-18808-Ljbffr
