To support our growth, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is native English-speaking and based in Canada , excited to work in an international, technology-driven environment. You will work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, and collaborate with international teams across Europe and North America. ROLE As a “Senior Software Engineer”, you’re a key player in one of our main products. You’re a strong partner and mentor to the team’s other developers and our developer community at Dacima Software. You take ownership of the conception, implementation and documentation of features, interfaces, and sub-systems. Your holistic view of the software development lifecycle allows you to work closely with our architects, developers, and business roles in a cross‑functional agile team. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact the success of our products. These products are software solutions for clinical trials that make studies more efficient. This efficiency ultimately gives patients faster access to new and better drugs or treatments. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements Design and implement software solutions Contribute to modernizing our existing platform Conduct code reviews and unit testing Deploy and maintain software applications Troubleshoot and debug software problems WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Highly motivated and proactive individual who wants to make an impact At least 5 years of experience or equal qualification of developing modern C#/ .Net Framework / .NET applications. Experience with migrating existing complex solutions to a modern platform. Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms. Skilled with Relational Database Management Systems, writing SQL queries and working with ORMs. Experienced in unit testing and test-driven development (TDD). Knowledgeable about cloud platforms and technologies, especially in AWS. Knowledgeable about DevOps practices, preferably using GitHub Actions / Terraform. #J-18808-Ljbffr
