Presales Consultant This role involves identifying how to best support client workflows and requirements using the functionalities, features, and options available within our product portfolio, and then demonstrating the proposed solutions. What you'll be doing day to day Identify stated and unstated functional and technical needs. Analyze and document clinical use cases, workflows and requirements. Adapt and configure products and functionalities to best support client workflows and to meet requirements for all use cases. Write comprehensive, realistic scenarios using a level of detail and technical vocabulary appropriate to each target audience. Test and validate all proposed solutions. Prepare all required datasets and configurations in our demo environments. Perform live and/or recorded demonstrations. As you grow into this role and become a solutions expert, you will support other business functions with your product knowledge and understanding of client processes. Qualifications Bilingual (English/French), with perfect English fluency. Post-secondary degree in a clinical or biomedical program; or post-secondary degree in information technology or engineering plus work or volunteering experience in a clinical setting, preferably acute care. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. This may include work in sales or presales, in a clinical or medical profession, in biomedical engineering, in information technology, or any experience in the health tech industry. Strong presentation skills. Good interpersonal skills and comfortable navigating social interactions. Familiarity with medical/clinical workflows and vocabulary. Preference given to candidates who provide an example of a self-taught scientific or technical knowledge domain or skill.
