For over 50 years, Computime Group Limited has been a trusted name in engineering and manufacturing—recognized globally for quality, reliability, and innovation. What began as an engineering company in Hong Kong designing digital clock has evolved into a dynamic, diversified group with multiple business units spanning advanced technologies, manufacturing solutions, and proprietary brands. Today, we are at a pivotal moment. While our roots remain strong, our future lies in innovation, digital transformation, and global leadership across multiple sectors. However, our public perception—especially among investors, analysts, and key stakeholders—still reflects our legacy as a traditional manufacturer. We are now embarking on a bold corporate rebranding and digital transformation initiative to realign our identity with our evolved business model and future ambitions. We are seeking a visionary Director - Corporate Marketing to lead this transformation and position Computime as a modern, forward-thinking, technology-driven group. The Opportunity We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Director - Corporate Marketing to lead our global corporate marketing function and be part of the leadership team to drive a comprehensive rebranding and digital communication strategy. Based in Vancouver, you will be responsible for reshaping how our organization is perceived internally and externally—modernizing our brand narrative, aligning diverse business units under a unified identity, and elevating our digital presence across all platforms. This is a high-impact leadership role that sits at the intersection of brand strategy, investor communication, digital transformation, and corporate storytelling. You will work closely with the executive team, business unit leaders, and international stakeholders to ensure our marketing reflects who we are today—and who we are becoming. Key Responsibilities Under the direction of the CEO, execute a full-scale corporate rebranding exercise, including brand architecture, messaging framework, visual identity, and tone of voice that reflects our evolution from a manufacturing company to a diversified innovation group. Develop a compelling corporate narrative that resonates with investors, analysts, media, customers, and employees. Conduct market research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning and differentiation. Design and implement a group-wide digital communication strategy to unify and modernize our online presence. Overhaul and maintain the corporate website, ensuring it serves as a dynamic hub for investor relations, thought leadership, ESG reporting, and business unit visibility. Establish a centralized content strategy with clear governance, workflows, and editorial calendars for all digital channels (web, social media, email, intranet). Audit and revitalize digital content across all business units, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and engagement. Corporate Marketing & Communications Contribute to all aspects of corporate marketing, including annual reports, press releases, media relations, executive thought leadership, presentations, and corporate profiles. Partner with Investor Relations to enhance investor-facing communications, ensuring clarity on our diversified business model and growth strategy. Serve as the primary contact point for corporate brand matters and act as a brand guardian across the organization. Build and lead a small, agile corporate marketing team. Act as a change agent, educating and aligning regional and business unit marketing teams on brand standards and digital best practices. Implement training programs, brand toolkits, and digital governance policies to ensure consistency and compliance. Measurement & Optimization Define KPIs for brand health, digital engagement, media coverage, and stakeholder perception. Use analytics tools to track performance and report regularly to senior leadership. Continuously refine strategy based on data, feedback, and market dynamics. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 12+ years of experience in corporate marketing, brand strategy, or integrated communications, preferably within industrial, technology, or manufacturing sectors. Proven success in leading corporate rebranding initiatives and transforming legacy brand perceptions. Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing strategy, including website management, SEO, content marketing, and social media (especially LinkedIn and B2B platforms). Strong experience with investor communications and working in a publicly listed environment. Excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to distil complex technical and strategic concepts into compelling narratives. Experience managing cross-functional, global teams and influencing stakeholders across cultures and time zones. Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), analytics (Google Analytics, Meltwater), and collaboration software (e.g., Asana, Slack).
