Director, Operations Finance Location: Mississauga Head Office Department: Finance Reports To: CFO and VP, Shared Services Company: Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee Compensation: This position offers a salary range of $175,000 to $190,000 annually, commensurate with experience. About the Role: Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee is seeking a Director, Operations Finance to lead financial performance across our manufacturing network. This is a high-impact role partnering closely with Operations to drive cost efficiency, productivity, and strategic decision-making across five plants. You’ll combine financial leadership with a hands-on approach, working closely with plant teams to deliver insights, improve performance, and support key business initiatives.
