About the Job We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role will support the firm’s digital marketing efforts by creating marketing collateral, with a focus on eye-catching design. As a member of the Marketing & Investor Relations team, you will play a key role in developing material for campaigns designed to cultivate Brompton’s brand, increase awareness of our fund line-up, and aid prospective investors in decision-making. The ideal candidate is one who understands the importance of brand consistency, has a strong appreciation for visual storytelling, and has experience in graphic design & video editing. Bilingual candidates with a mastery of English and French preferred. What you will do Collaborate with the Marketing, Product Development and Portfolio Management teams to create compelling content for digital channels, including display ads, social media posts, emails, brochures, video, and other marketing materials; Work with external developers to maintain a visually impactful, user-friendly website; Assist with investor-facing media such as fund documents and press releases, formatting data- and text-rich information into infographics; Build on and expand existing brand guidelines; Update digital ads, web content, and other marketing collateral on a monthly basis; Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices; and Assist with additional projects and tasks as required. Your Qualifications Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Media, Communications, or a related field; 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, or a similar role; Proficient with digital design software (Adobe Creative Cloud, primarily Premiere, Animate, After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator); Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for engaging design; Quick learner and advocate of new media, trends and technologies; Understand best practices for file authoring and organization to facilitate collaboration; Experience with WordPress, Salesforce, and Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement an asset; French speaking an asset; and Photography or videography background an asset What we offer Highly competitive compensation including attractive sales and discretionary bonus opportunities; Attractive group health and dental benefits and LTD and Life insurance; Flexible paid vacation and illness days; Generous Group RRSP matching plan; Training opportunities along with support for tuition for relevant courses; and A people-first firm that values input and ideas from all staff. Location The office is located in downtown Toronto (Bay Street) Base salary range of $65,000 to $90,000 The base salary range for this role reflects the breadth of experience and proficiency we are willing to consider.
