Your New Role In this role, you will be based out of a AAA office building in Downtown Vancouver. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, you will be an integral part of the Property Operations function of this notable office building as well as in creating a positive tenant experience. This role supports a variety of administrative and operational functions including: drafting, distributing and tracking tenant and contractor related documentation, vendor invoices, purchase orders, reconciliations, budget preparation, shared services coordination, respond to and manage tenant requests as well as liaise between tenants and the property management team, liaise between tenants and building operations team as well as coordinating with vendors and contractors. The Property Operations Assistant will also manage positive tenant experience through organizing appreciation events, holiday events and decor for the building. What you’ll need to succeed 5+ years working in Property Administration for commercial / retail properties. Experience using Yardi. Intermediate level MS Office skills. Industry related education is an asset. Experience with AP/AR (accounts payable / accounts receivable). What you’ll get in return Salary: 60,000 - $75,000 Discretionary Bonus. 3 weeks vacation.
