This HR Business Partner Position Features: Direct Hire position Join a Company Where People Matter Opportunity to influence strategy and make a real impact Great Pay to $75K Immediate need for HR biasness partner seeking Salary - $65,000 – $75,000 + Benefits Hours - Monday to Friday 8am to 5 pm What You’ll Be Doing: Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead full-cycle recruitment from job postings to onboarding Partner with managers to identify hiring needs and build strong teams Develop competitive compensation strategies Employee Relations & Performance Coach leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development Support performance reviews, attendance management, and improvement plans HR Strategy & Leadership Support Collaborate with executives on workforce planning and HR initiatives Align HR practices with business goals and long-term growth Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support Manage benefits programs, RRSP, and employee inquiries Support payroll processes, ROEs, and employee records Assist with compensation reviews and market analysis Health, Safety & Compliance Oversee WSIB, disability claims, and return-to-work programs Ensure compliance with employment legislation and health & safety standards Participate in workplace investigations and JHSC initiatives Culture & Engagement Champion employee engagement and company culture initiatives Support training, development, and mentorship programs What You Bring 3+ years of HR experience (plus Health & Safety exposure) Post‑secondary education in Human Resources or related field CHRP or CHRL designation (or in progress) Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices Proven ability to coach leaders and handle sensitive situations Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage competing priorities Self‑starter who thrives both independently and collaboratively #J-18808-Ljbffr
