Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to gather requirements and create ETL workflows aligned with business needs. Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Implement and maintain business rules and calculations within ETL processes for analysis and reporting. Create and maintain documentation for ETL processes, data models, and workflows. Work closely with downstream process owners to understand data needs and support data consumption. Monitor and optimize ETL performance for efficient data processing in Snowflake. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus. 3+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration, preferably in the life sciences industry. Hands-on experience with Snowflake and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica). Technical Skills Proficient in SQL and database design. Experience with data modeling, metadata, and BI concepts. Familiarity with programming languages and dashboards like Tableau, Power BI, and Strategy.
