You will: Engage & Connect Share leadership and personal growth programs through digital platforms and meaningful conversations. Conduct Discovery Conversations Facilitate structured, values-based conversations with individuals exploring professional growth and career change (training provided). Support & Mentor Others Assist clients and peers through onboarding, learning pathways, and leadership development. Grow as a Leader Access optional global trainings, mentoring, and leadership development calls. You determine your schedule, goals, and level of involvement.
