Position Overview As a Recruiter at Ledcor, you bring an expert sourcing mindset to every search. You will lead full-cycle recruitment across both high-volume craft and salaried roles, proactively building talent pipelines ahead of demand and uncovering high potential talent others overlook. Operating in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment, you will leverage advanced sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and targeted outreach to build deep, qualified talent pools for critical roles. Through strong relationship-building and a consultative approach, you will partner closely with Business HR and hiring leaders to understand workforce priorities, role requirements, and talent needs, delivering insights on market conditions. Essential Responsibilities Actively engage in the external labour market to identify and connect with potential candidates Build and execute sourcing strategies to develop strong pipelines across high-volume and salaried roles Own full-cycle recruitment (posting through offer) to deliver timely, high-quality hires Partner with Hiring Managers to scope roles, define hiring plans, and align on sourcing and assessment strategies Assess candidates for skills, experience, and long-term fit with business needs Maintain accurate data and reporting in Workday, ensuring compliance and hiring momentum Qualifications 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment Proven ability to proactively source and build strong talent pipelines across multiple channels Strong communication and influencing skills, able to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels Advanced behavioural interviewing and candidate assessment skills Highly organized, managing competing priorities in a high-volume environment Work Conditions Hybrid work environment – up to 2 days in the office Benefits Competitive total rewards package providing compensation and benefits that support physical, mental, and financial wellbeing.
