We’re looking for apermanent, full‑time Taxation Managerto lead the City’s property tax operations and play a key role in delivering essential services to our community. Reporting to the Financial Services Manager, you’ll serve as the City’s designatedCollectorunder the Community Charter, overseeing the billing and collection of more than $200 million in annual revenue. The successful candidate must have the following qualifications: Post‑secondary Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent). Five to seven years of progressive management experience, preferably in large organizations. Experience with large financial systems. Extensive knowledge of standard office personal computer software. Strong and demonstrated leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to deal with both external and internal people in a professional manner. Proven ability to communicate complex financial information in a concise and clear manner to varied audiences.
