Position Overview Handle inquiries via email and phone ensuring timely and effective responses. Develop a strong understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to clients. Assist in document preparation and organization related to transactions. What We’re Looking For Experience in sales or relevant field, customer service or a fast-paced admin role is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability in problem-solving and negotiation. Tech-savvy, organized, and proficient in using Zoom and Google Spreadsheets.
