You will also lead critical quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision making at the CFO, CEO, and Board levels.This is an exceptional opportunity for a finance leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to make a tangible impact on a global scale.It is ahybrid position , requiring you to be in our Toronto office three days a week.Key Skills & QualificationsHighly organized & operates with a high level of curiosity.Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally & in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.Adept at prioritizing and managing multiple complex initiatives under tight deadlines.Demonstrated success in building strong cross-functional partnerships.Strong background in financial planning & analysis.Experience with Enterprise-level Financial Planning tools (e.g. Anaplan, OneStream, or similar) would be an asset.Detailed ResponsibilitiesLead Forecasting and Planning Processes:Manage the full execution of corporate monthly and quarterly forecast cycles, as well as the Annual Operating Plan (budget) and Long-Term Strategic Plan processes.Generate Executive Financial Reports:Prepare, refresh, and distribute critical reports for executive audiences (including the CFO, CEO, Business Presidents, and Board of Directors) summarizing key aspects of the Total Company’s financial performance.Drive Financial Modeling for External Guidance:Manage the development of models used for External Guidance and Long-Run Strategic plans shared with the Board of Directors.Oversee Corporate Allocations:Manage and review the quarterly Corporate Allocations process.Continuous Improvement and Change Management:Drive ongoing enhancements to planning and forecasting processes, employing post-mortem and stakeholder reviews, adopting tools and emerging technologies as appropriate.Physical DemandsPerformed in a normal office environment.May require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or detailed data.Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse).Typical Experience8+ years of relevant finance experience.Typical EducationBachelor’s degree; an Accounting designation is preferred.Salary Range: $125,000–$175,000 CAD/year (includes Base Salary and target Short-Term Incentive).A comprehensive benefits package is offered in addition to this range.Equal Opportunity Employer Celestica is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
