Position Details Rotation/Shift: 6 weeks on and 1 week off (optional). Standard schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off. Hours pending client requirements. Start Date: July 2026. Location & Travel: Quebec. Responsibilities Help define site-level safety practices and protocols aligned with organizational standards. Lead by example by following safety procedures and behaviors, championing an incident free culture, and maintaining partnership with the Health, Safety, and Environment department. Monitor project schedule and document delays that could affect milestones. Work with the Contracts department to ensure cost overruns are documented and back charged to contractors. Use project software Procore, Microsoft Excel and SAP to track progress, schedule changes, and submit daily forecasts to customers and subcontractors. Establish and maintain highly effective relationships with customers, BOP contractors, subcontractors, and internal partners, pursuing ambassador status to maintain customer loyalty excellence. Demonstrate basic understanding of wind turbine technology and work practices to improve cost management, audit installation and commissioning technician progress, and provide suggestions for improvement. Review and validate all quality documentation and site‑based change orders. Prepare documentation and backup packages for the Construction Manager and Project Manager, and communicate any deficiencies with the BOP contractor. Ensure site data is updated and processed in a timely manner in the appropriate information systems for reporting and tracking purposes, including construction progress summaries, and submit milestone certifications with the construction management team. Responsible for installation quality: audit each phase of turbine build, establish standards with contractors and crews, monitor quality, and document deviations in the punch list. Evaluate workmanship, tools, and leadership of installation crews, providing feedback and documentation to the Construction Manager and procurement. Inspect work during construction to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, represent company values, champion high performance standards, coach, mentor, and develop technicians. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in wind renewables, energy, industrial or civil construction. 1-2 years of experience as Field Engineer, project lead, or Project Manager, preferably in a related service, industrial, or manufacturing setting. Strong bilingual skills in French and English (asset). Proficiency in contractor subcontractor FE management: mobilization, demobilization, pre-qualification, post-work assessment. Experience conducting inspections and site audits; prior technical knowledge of wind turbine construction and/or operation. Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively between project sites on short notice. Strong PC skills MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Primavera Project Management preferred; SAP knowledge highly preferred.
