The Full Stack Developer will join the Sustainable Finance & Resilience Technology team to support key initiatives within the Resilience domain. This role requires a strong Java developer with solid design and implementation fundamentals, capable of building scalable web applications using a Java/React technology stack. The ideal candidate is self-driven, strategic, and comfortable working in Agile environments while collaborating closely with architects, business analysts, and clients. Key Responsibilities Application Development: Develop web applications and components using Java and React Integrate REST APIs into the UI layer Understand overall application architecture and functional sub-components Apply object-oriented programming and design pattern principles in development Work closely with development architects, business analysts, and clients to deliver efficient technical solutions Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs Take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables Align with firmwide tools, processes, and standards Operate effectively within Agile/Scrum methodology Design & Problem Solving: Utilize appropriate technologies to design business solutions Adapt to new technologies based on project requirements Troubleshoot and identify root causes of technical issues Document findings and communicate resolution strategies effectively Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field 5–7 years of hands‑on Java development experience Strong Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) and design pattern knowledge Experience integrating REST APIs into front‑end applications Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong analytical and technical design skills Excellent communication and client‑facing skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong interest in application design, development, and maintenance Preferred Skills Experience working with front‑end teams (React/TypeScript preferred) Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Exposure to business continuity management or crisis/incident management concepts #J-18808-Ljbffr
