Project Manager / Delivery Lead ( Financial/ Development background) About the Role We’re seeking a Project Manager / Delivery Lead ( with proven record working history within Financial, Banking or Wealth mgmt sector . You will oversee the successful delivery of key business solutions and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a seasoned project management professional with a strong background in Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership . This role requires someone who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution , ensuring every project aligns with business goals and technical outcomes. Core Competencies Project Management & Delivery Plan and execute projects end-to-end, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment. Identify and mitigate risks early, resolving issues proactively. Lead Agile ceremonies — stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives — and drive continuous improvement. Tools & Platforms Skilled in Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet for project tracking and team collaboration. Experienced in producing dashboards, reports, and documentation to support governance. Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to coordinate delivery in modern tech environments. Delivery Experience Proven success managing full project lifecycles from initiation through closure. Strong ability to optimize processes and streamline workflows for better delivery outcomes. Experienced in leading and mentoring cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives. Skilled in change management , ensuring stakeholder buy-in and smooth transitions. Technical Awareness - Preference will be given to applicants with following; Understanding of CI/CD concepts , deployment pipelines, and release processes. Knowledge of APIs and web services (REST, SOAP) for integration projects. Ideal Candidate Profile 7+ years of experience in Project Management or Delivery Leadership roles. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. PMP, CSM, or Agile certification preferred. Background in technology, financial services, or consulting is a plus.
