The Inventory Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and thorough management of the vehicle inventory to optimize turnaround times, presentation, and availability. This individual works closely with the sales, service, and administrative teams to ensure comprehensive oversight of the inventory cycle. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily inventory of new and/or used vehiclesEnter, update, and track data in internal systemsCoordinate vehicle arrivals and departuresEnsure the accuracy of vehicle-related information (price, equipment, mileage, status, documentation, etc.)Monitor deadlines for vehicle preparation and online listingGenerate and analyze various inventory reports and recommend improvementsTake photos of new and used vehiclesFollow up with the service department regarding repair approvalsDesired Profile Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent ability to manage priorities and follow throughAttention to detail and analytical mindsetIndependence and resourcefulnessTeamwork and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a dynamic and changing environmentQualifications Experience in inventory management, administration, or the automotive industry (a significant asset)Proficiency with computer tools and management systemsWhat we’re looking for Dynamic and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for professional developmentPassionate team and a culture focused on performance and serviceOpportunity to advance within the group, which includes 16 dealerships. Salary: Between $30/hour and $35/hour, depending on experience
