They will also have a provincial role in consultation, development, and standardization of home care programming across the Saskatchewan Health Authority. The Assessor Coordinator Degree Senior is the clinical and program resource for all Home Care programming needs. They will collaborate with other portfolios with the SHA to support Primary Health Care/Health Service Managers in ensuring front line staff have all the resources, training, and clinical support they require to do their work consistently, safely, effectively, and efficiently, aligning with current best practice standards.
