About the Role Aecon Industrial, a leader in industrial construction and water infrastructure, is seeking a Proposal Coordinator. This office‑based position reports to the Proposal Manager and involves coordination of proposals from bid/no‑bid reviews to contract execution. The role offers hybrid flexibility. Key Responsibilities Act as the single point of contact with the client, break out and assign deliverables, develop proposal outlines, schedule and facilitate kickoff calls and touchpoints, and ensure RFP compliance. Facilitate reviews, perform final polish and quality control on all documents, manage post‑bid clarifications, and build proposal presentation PowerPoints. Write various proposal sections, including executive summaries, project descriptions, resumes, standard responses, and support writing/developing new plans with operations and estimating teams. Support designing and conceptualizing graphics when required. Assist in managing, monitoring, and maintaining the proposal content management database and libraries. Maintain accurate records on proposals, results, process lessons learned, and debriefs. Participate in proposal strategy and review sessions. Handle document management of submissions and support the content/document management of the bid library. Qualifications Self‑motivated team player with 1‑3 years of proposal experience or completion of post‑secondary education with transferable skills. Strong English language and writing skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to proofread and edit content. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint. Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, agile environment with competing priorities and strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Ability to collaborate in a team environment with shared goals. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $62,000 – $70,000. Individual pay is determined based on location, education, experience, unique skills, and job conditions.
