Location: This role could be located in Toronto, ON or Halifax, NS Reporting to the Media Director, the Digital Media Strategist will use their knowledge and expertise to build effective multi-channel digital campaigns that support client’s objectives and exceed business goals. The Digital Media Strategist will work very closely with the client service team to provide an integrated and holistic approach to client’s campaign goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Use data and research to determine the best digital solutions to meet client’s business objectives and goals. • Establish conversion points, measurements of success, and campaign KPIs. • Plan, manage, and execute paid search, social and digital media, in collaboration with team members. • Present digital marketing recommendations to clients and manage communication pertaining to digital media • Monitor campaign performance to make actionable recommendations throughout the campaign and maintain budget control. • Liaise with agency partners/internal teams to evaluate and respond to client needs. • Investigate new and emerging technology and digital advertising offerings What we're looking for: You bring experience in display, programmatic, social, search and analytics. You are comfortable in all social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Ads, etc.), and are proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Workspace applications. You are someone who has strong written, verbal and presentation skills, along with strong attention to detail. You are Google Analytics and AdWords certified and experience with ComScore and Data Studio would be an asset. While not necessary, an understanding of offline channels would be an asset given the company’s 360-degree approach to media strategy.
